GENERAL TERMS

Our prices mean including all taxes. They include the service driver, the fuel as well as the unlimited insurance for the transported travellers. Tolls and the carparks are the responsibility of the customer. Mileage and time are invoicees departure garage and return garage. The driver has as instructions to respect the road regulation. Except prior agreement, no animal is accepted in our vehicles. The contribution of drink and food is not authorized in our vehicles. Maximum luggage of 30 kg per passenger. The quantity of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicles. The luggage and any other property object of the customer remain under the responsibility of this one.
The company Best Limousine Monte Carlo could not be held responsible in the event of loss or of flights for luggage and valuable articles left in the vehicle.
Any modification of the way by the customer during the service will be able to generate supplements to be regulated on the spot or at the end of the service. For very placed at the disposal between 13:00 and 14:00 and 20:00 and 21:00 the meal of the driver will be invoiced 22 Euros. The travel allowance of the driver (lodging and meal) will be invoiced 140 Euros. The schedules given can be subjected to the risks of circulation or unforeseeable events. Increase of 20% for all services between 10 p.m. and 6 hours a.m.
For all reservations long distance, an installment of 30% will be perceived on the amount of the service. Any order will have to be confirmed by fax or e-mail, this to ensure respect of the two parts.
The invoices are payable cash with reception. Any complaint will have to be formulated in the eight days following the end of the way. At the end of this period, it could not be taken into account.
In the event of litigation, only the Courts of Monaco will be qualified.
